Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is due.
Notes
- Compulsory cleaning fee: € 120 (online automatically calculated);
- Pet fee: 70 € per pet (extra, on request at booking time);
- Refundable deposit: € 300 in cash upon arrival, refunded after a satisfactory check of the villa;
- Gas, water and electricity consumption of 100 kWh per week are included in rental price; every extra kWh will be charged 0,50 €.
